Dalia, also known as Wheat Porridge, Broken Wheat, Cracked Wheat or Bulgar Wheat, is wheat that has been cleaned and husked and then processed to the required size. It is highly nutritious as it does not undergo refining. Dalia is rich in protein, fiber, iron and is also a good source of magnesium.
When Dalia is cooked, it has a hearty, warm aroma and a delightful, grainy taste. It is slightly nutty and chewy.
