Rajma Jammu, or Red Kidney Beans, are reddish brown in colour. They have a mild taste when boiled, but easily absorb flavours from whatever seasonings they are cooked in. They have high quantities of folic acid, calcium carbohydrates, fibre and proteins amongst other essential nutrients.
