Step 1: Mix ½ a packet of pancake mix, 1 egg (optional) and ½ a cup of milk into a smooth batter. You can also add 2 tablespoons of melted butter instead of an egg.
Step 2: Warm a flat pan to medium heat. Add butter to the pan. Pour the batter onto the heated pan and cook well on both sides. The goodness of Supergrains means that it doesn’t cook as fast as refined flour! Serve hot.
Step 3: Serve the pancakes with a cube of butter and honey, fresh fruits (we like banana and strawberry), a few nuts, peanut butter, or apple puree.
